Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
A flat shipping rate of $8.99 applies to all domestic orders under $50.00. A small handling fee is included in this rate to cover packaging materials.
Free Shipping: Orders of $50.00 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping — no code required.
Shipping Options
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days depending on destination. For time-sensitive orders, please contact us at orders@rmssupplygroup.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate faster shipping.
Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. RMS Supply Group is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state laws governing the sale of hypodermic syringes, needles, and related medical supplies, we are currently unable to ship any products to the following states:
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Maine
- Minnesota
- New Hampshire
- New Jersey
- New York
- Tennessee
If you attempt to place an order with a shipping address in one of these states, no shipping option will be available at checkout.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase syringes or needles from RMS Supply Group. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your intended use is for a legitimate medical purpose.
Domestic Shipping Only
RMS Supply Group ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within 7 miles of our Tampa location. Minimum order $20.00. A $5 delivery fee applies to orders under $40.00. Orders of $40.00 or more deliver free. Local deliveries are fulfilled personally by RMS Supply Group, typically same or next business day.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date at orders@rmssupplygroup.com. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
