Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase syringes or needles from RMS Supply Group. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that your intended use is for a legitimate medical purpose such as diabetes management or other lawful medical use.

Intended Use
All syringes and needles sold by RMS Supply Group are intended for lawful medical purposes only. By purchasing from our store, you represent and warrant that you will use these products legally and responsibly. RMS Supply Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe may be for unlawful purposes.

State Shipping Restrictions
Due to state laws governing the sale and shipment of hypodermic syringes and needles, we are currently unable to ship any products to the following states:

- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Maine
- Minnesota
- New Hampshire
- New Jersey
- New York
- Tennessee

By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is not located in one of the above states. Orders placed with a shipping address in a restricted state will not be processed and will be refunded.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that purchasing and receiving syringes is legal in your state and locality. RMS Supply Group is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from a customer's failure to comply with applicable state or local laws.

Order Limits
RMS Supply Group reserves the right to limit quantities of any product sold per customer or per order at our sole discretion.

Right to Refuse Service
RMS Supply Group reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to suspected unlawful intent, fraudulent activity, or violation of these purchasing terms.

Pricing and Promotions
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Automatic discounts are applied at checkout and do not stack with other discounts unless otherwise noted.
